Private Training & In Home Training

Private Training is a great way to get training done in a relatively short amount of time. By addressing the issues that are important to you, we don't waste any time with material your dog already knows or won't use. We can address a specific problem or follow a full training program. The choice is yours. Our private training can be done at our location or in the comfort of your home. We will work with everyone living in the house that is involved with the dog and wants to participate in our sessions including children. We also offer a multi-dog discount with our private sessions for those households that have more than 1 dog. Call (856) 513-0229 for more information   Private Sessions Private Training sessions offer the one on one training that some dogs and owners need. Our regular Private sessions meet in our training yard at times that we do not have group classes meeting. We can cover behavioral, obedience or agility material depending on what your training needs are. With private training we can meet once or twice a week depending on how your dog progresses. Session length varies depending on your dog's attention span and how quickly they learn but usually last 45-90 minutes. Pricing: We offer an hourly rate or a Private Session Package. $40 per hour - OR - $150 for a package of 4 Private Training Sessions Enroll in a Private Session Package and earn a personalized certificate upon completion In Home Sessions In Home training sessions offers the same benefits of Private sessions but meet in the privacy of your own home. Whether you have trouble getting around or have a hectic schedule, In Home sessions can work with you. In Home not only addresses behavioral problems but is also perfect for those dogs who just need to learn the rules of the house and what their humans are expecting from them. In Home sessions meet once a week and last about an hour in duration. We currently only offer In Home training in South Jersey. Pricing: We offer an hourly rate or an In Home Session Package $85 per hour - OR - $350 for a package of 4 In Home Training Sessions plus 1 follow up session scheduled 4 weeks after the 4th session Enroll in an In Home Session Package and earn a personalized certificate upon completion. (Pricing includes houses within 20 miles of our location. Clients who live more than 20 miles will be charged an additional travel fee of $2 per mile per session.) Payments, Fees, & Discounts ~ Payments ~ We accept Cash, Check, & PayPal. PayPal payments must be received at least 24 hours prior to your training appointment. If paying by Check please note there is a $29 returned check fee per occurrence. If a check is returned, we will try to redeposit the check a second time. If a check is returned a second time we will require payment in cash or PayPal that includes both the returned check fees and your training sessions fee. If a check is returned and you choose to cancel your sessions, you ARE still responsible to pay the returned check fees. ~ Fees ~ 24 hour cancellation policy: We often have a wait list for private training due to the limited number of sessions we have available. Failure to give 24 notice of cancelling or rescheduling a private or In-Home training session (unless caused by unforeseen circumstances) will result in a $25 cancellation fee or loss of training session. The cancellation fee is in place to encourage owners to keep to a training routine and to be fair to others who would have benefitted from having a session at that time. Even in the event of an "unforeseen circumstance" we require cancellation notice of 1 hour prior to your session or your missed session will be forfeited and will not be rescheduled. In the event of unforeseen circumstances and notice is given 1 hour or more in advance, missed sessions will be rescheduled. ALL cancellation notifications can be made via phone, email, or text message. Please include your name, your dog's name, and appointment date and time in any email or text message and we will contact you to reschedule. Evaluation Fee: All personal training will require an evaluation to be completed. In most cases, the evaluation can be completed over the phone. In other cases, it may be necessary to complete the evaluation in person to get a full understanding of the behavioral problems in need of addressing. When the evaluation must be done in person, there will be a $30 evaluation fee charged in addition to the Private session charges. This fee is due at the time of the evaluation and can be paid with cash or check. It can also be paid a minimum of 1 hour ahead of the evaluation via PayPal.   ~ Discount ~ We offer a 10% discount to military families, seniors(65+), multiple dog households, and newly adopted dogs who have been adopted within 30 days of their first training session. Military ID and adoption paperwork must be provided to receive discount. Only one discount will be honored per hour session (or) package. ~ Refunds ~ Refunds will not be given once training sessions have begun.
